FULLY AUTOMATIC OIL COOLING FILTER SYSTEM
Large cooling filter system, with tank capacity 700 liters, can filter automatically, the oil temperature automatically cooling control and powder be clean off automatically, the filter materials (filter cartridge) doesn’t need to replace in a few years; the fluid can be maintained very clean for long time without maintenance to assure machine’s life and tools quality.
This system has two oil reservoirs, one is for dirty oil and the other is for clean
oil. The Grundfos 2.2KW high-pressure pump transmits the dirty oil to the
filter tank, and the clean oil after filter be cooled its temperature through
the large cooler (temperature can be set freely); the constant temperature oil be transmitted into machine through high-pressure pump.The filter tank can be clean automatically after setting by diaphragm pump, the
automatic clean time can be set (to clean every 4-8 hours); when the high-pressure pump draws out dirty oil, the diaphragm pump will stir the dirty oil to avoid the dirty in the reservoirs.The carbon powder after filter will be transmitted into one filter bag, and topour out after few months.
Filter system can be designed as the requirement of the customer’s demand.
The system can not only be operated with two machines, three machines or more sets, but also be designed with central system to supply the use of complete plant.
