Machine bed is made of high quality-"MEEHANITE" cast iron, which is heat-treated and precision ground, to ensure the machine stable and durable.
All slide beds adopt automatic static pressure lubrication system so that all the slide ways will move smoothly with good torsion and ensure the best accuracy.
High accuracy & performance with automation programmable plunge grinding cycle, i.e. rough grindings → finish grinding → dressing cycle automatically.
It leads to easy operation, increasing the productivity and shall be the most suitable to the components for mass production, as well as to the multiple workpieces with less quantity demand.
Wheel head spindle driven by high accuracy roller bearing which will keep the highest stiffness and quiet peripheral speed.
The swivel angle will be available for forward moving 8°, backward 7°, which is the most suitable to the workpiece with slopes. Superior positioning for infeed system due to high precision grade ball screws adopted and servo motor drive.
NC 1-axis controlled by hydraulic infeed system in traverse movement. It is infinitely variable speed changing which will be less vibration and keep its reliability.
Dressing mode-NC auto. dressing and compensation program
7-1. If diamond or CBN grinding wheel using, then it is not necessary to select the dressing mode.
7-2. For the component which is difficult to be ground, you may select several times of dressing mode to ensure the quality of grinding.
NC & CNC programmable interface system is used is ti control all grinding operation. Easy to step and learn through PLC control with education program and suitable for both small batch and mass production.
To the demand of mass-production, a full-automation design for the Auto. Loading and Unloading equipment is available upon customer's request. (option)
